2. Data collected
When you access the website, technically necessary data is recorded (IP address, browser type, time of access). When you use the analysis tool, the data you enter — product or idea, country, timeframe, chosen language — is processed in order to create the analysis. If you order a report, the data required for the contract and payment (name, email, payment data) is also collected.

4. Legal basis
Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure technical operation).
5. Retention period
Inputs and generated analyses are stored for a maximum of 12 months. Server log files are deleted no later than 30 days. Tax and commercial retention obligations remain unaffected.
6. Sharing with third parties
Data is only shared where necessary to provide the service (e.g. hosting, AI service providers, payment providers). Data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR are in place with all processors.
7. Cookies
check3000 uses exclusively technically necessary cookies. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
8. Your rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please send requests by email to support@check3000.com.
9. Right to lodge a complaint
You may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority — in Poland: Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).
10. Changes to this privacy policy
We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements.
